Q. Seen anything in the papers & mags ?

• Spotted the following items in my daily tabloid paper, The Sun ....
1. Carry over from April, three cartoons about the rear naked body ...
   1. First has naked guy on tv smiling at wife who comments: "I take it there's no football on telly tonight." Who says the body doesn't talk ? ( 02/04 ).
   2. Second has a sad nude wrestler being told by an angry referee: "I don't care how the ancient Greeks used to wrestle - get your shorts on." Is there a nutcracker hold in wrestling ? (05/04 )
   3. Third has stripped lady bar hat being told by artist: "Sorry, but I only paint landscapes." A case of drawing the line eh ? ( 18/04 ).
2. Blink and you miss a SUN SPOT paragraph revealing "Cosmetics firm boss Joanna Gardiner, 37, posed NUDE in a 60-second advert for her chemical-free skin-care brand Elave in Dundalk, Ireland." I bet she got creamed at work ! ( 14/05 ).


3. Hey Spencer's at it again ! This time in Mexico City for one of Tunick's installations when "..in the name of art ..18,000 brave souls stripped off" to the ground to create another of his odd photos - are their bums aimed North or South ? A case of wherever the wind blows ! The paper uses Here is the nudes ( very original ) and opens "No ifs, just butts ... and boobs!" and to see more you must go to their website ( 16/05 ).
4. Do we all have names for parts of our body ? It seems "Supermodel Heidi Klum calls her boobs "Hans" and "Franz" .. The German beauty, 33, said the names were a tribute to her homeland." Under heading of Heidi's 2 bust pals, the now mum of three explains "It's been an ongoing joke for 12 years. When I began modelling I used to say 'These are German breasts - one is called Hans and one is called Franz.'" Now thinking of more German names for her other body parts ( 24/05 ).

Q. Seen anything on tv ?

• Nice to see stylist Gok Wan back helping the ladies with body shape problems in the now hour documentary series How To Look Good Naked ( C4, Tues ). Never seen so many ladies freely display their boobs and bodies before the 9 pm watershed. How times have changed. Despite the successful end results and clothes prices stated, the total cost of this weekly transformation is never mentioned. I waiting for Gok to grab hold of an overweight pub gent for transformation for a male special ( 08/05 ).
• Actress Miriam Margolyes recalling her nude art modelling at the age of 17 on The Graham Norton Show ( BBC-2, Thurs ). Taken by her parents to this distinguished artist now in his 80s, she had to take off her school uniform and pose on a ladder for him. Weird or what ? ( 24/05 ).
